These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and applications provided by Splitfire AB (“Splitfire”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Sweden (Org.nr: 5595118323). By accessing or using our website or apps (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces we provide.
Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. Where those platform terms conflict with these Terms with respect to distribution, the platform terms govern that subject.
Some Services offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store in accordance with its policies. Any in-app currency has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-world money unless expressly stated.
The Services, including their software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Splitfire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Splitfire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
We may modify or discontinue the Services, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
